Clear and fair rules for refunds, rescheduling, and cancellations

Policy Highlights

  • Full refund available up to 5 calendar days before the scheduled start date.
  • Within 5 days before start, refunds are not guaranteed; one no-cost reschedule is available.
  • No-shows are non-refundable, but we may allow rescheduling at our discretion.
  • Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

1) Scope

This Refund Policy applies only to OpenClaw Training purchases (Professional, Team, Enterprise) made through Hotlum Powell channels.

2) Master rule (FAQ-aligned)

You may request a full refund up to 5 calendar days before the course start date. After that window, you may request rescheduling to a future session at no additional tuition cost, subject to availability.

3) Tier-specific rules

Professional

  • Full refund if requested at least 5 calendar days before start.
  • Inside 5 days before start: one no-cost transfer to a future Professional session.
  • No-show: non-refundable; transfer only at our discretion.

Team

  • Full refund if requested at least 5 calendar days before start.
  • Inside 5 days before start: one no-cost reschedule for the team booking.
  • Participant swaps are allowed before start with written notice.

Enterprise

  • Full refund if requested at least 10 calendar days before agreed start, unless MSA/SOW states otherwise.
  • Inside 10 days: rescheduling preferred; refunds case-by-case due to resource allocation.
  • If an enterprise agreement governs, that agreement prevails.

4) How to request and processing times

  • Send requests to info@hotlumpowell.com from your purchase email.
  • Include full name, purchase email, tier, payment date, and request type (refund/reschedule).
  • We acknowledge requests within 2 business days.
  • Approved refunds are returned to original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days (processor/bank dependent).

5) Non-refundable items and exceptions

  • Completed sessions are non-refundable.
  • Administrative or currency-conversion fees charged by third parties are non-refundable.
  • Chargebacks filed without prior support contact may suspend eligibility for future enrollment until resolved.

6) If we cancel or reschedule

If Hotlum Powell cancels a session, you may choose either (i) a full refund, or (ii) transfer to a new session date at no additional cost.

7) Mandatory rights and local law

This policy is intended for cross-border participants. Where mandatory local consumer laws provide additional rights, those rights apply and prevail.
